Rina has been a part of the healthcare field since the age of 23, she graduated as Registered Nurse in St. Catharines , and has worked all over the world, including Guatemala and Colombia. She was given the opportunity to be in charge of organizing a Labour and Delivery Unit in a newly built hospital in Villavicencio. During her 2.5 year stay there she had been very fortunate to also have met several inspiring healers in the smaller villages outside of the hospital setting, using herbs and their traditional ways to return a person back to health. Rina encountered a near death experience herself, where the healing power of nature saved her life, she was very thankful that this healer (far from any medical setting) knew exactly what to do. This experience is where her fascination with nutrition and healing all began.
Over the years, Rina has studied under other master healers including Dr. Bernard Jensen, DC, nutritionist, iridologist. She has attended many seminars, and classes to further understand how the body works, and how a good chemical balance is correlated with good health, both for herself, along with her 4 children. Rinaa’s knowledge truly improves the lives and wellbeing of everyone around her.
Rina was first introduced to Live Blood Cell Analysis 16 years ago (Jan 2000). This assessment tool was very exciting, and fascinating for her – the fact that she could see information about the human body right on the spot, including the state of a patients red blood cells, immune system, nutritional deficiencies, etc . Rina has been privately tutored by a master in the field, by Dr. Mike Drabiuk, in both Live and Dry Cell in Dark field, and Phase Contrast magnifications, and ultimately becoming certified in 2002.
Rina has recently retired after 41 years of working as a Labour and Delivery nurse, majority of her time working at Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital.
In 2019 I received my Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Lakehead University in Thunder Bay. Shortly after graduation I began working as a Registered Nurse at the Brampton Women’s Clinic. I’ve always had an active lifestyle that grew into a passion for health and nutrition, which I’m always excited to share with others. I’m so happy to be part of Inside Health where the team cares so deeply for their patients and focuses on optimizing every aspect of their health. I look forward to continuing to grow and learn all that naturopathic medicine has to offer in order to improve our patients’ quality of life.

As a Registered Nurse with over two decades of experience, I have dedicated my life to helping others achieve optimal health. Since 2002, I have worked across several units at St. Joseph’s Hospital, including complex continuing care, rehabilitation, and labor and delivery, where I also assisted in surgical procedures.
After 20 years of serving patients in the hospital setting, I realized the importance of addressing health from a holistic perspective, which led me to pursue new avenues of care. The challenges brought by the Covid-19 pandemic deepened my interest in natural healing and wellness solutions. This journey led me to discover the transformative power of Colonic Therapy and the critical role gut health plays in overall well-being.
I’m passionate about empowering others to live their healthiest lives by optimizing gut health. I remain committed to learning and refining my expertise in Colonic Treatments, knowing that vibrant health begins with a well-nourished, balanced gut. It is my mission to help you feel your best, using evidence-based practices to support their journey toward better health.
